Build your
high-output team
Define the skills each role needs, observe them in your 1:1s, and track each person's progress to mastery, so skill gaps are visible and available to coach.
Not an LMS. Not an HRIS. Your team's management intelligence layer.
No need for gut feel. Know instead
Your team's signals live in a dozen places.
Admire brings them together and helps answer your questions.
Set clear skill expectations
Then track every skill's progression to mastery, through self-assessments, AI coaching, and expert coaching.
Make every moment a coaching moment
Coach in 1-1s, coach on the spot, or set up self-paced AI coaching. There won't be a future with more time, so coach now.
Use data and structure, not gut feel
Don't assume someone has a skill. Make sure they do, and if they don't, coach them. They'll love you for it.
One place for people's performance
Connect KPIs from the systems your team already uses, and unify them alongside skills data, so everyone can understand their own performance.
Stay on top of the day-to-day
Run 1-1s, plan careers, and capture notes and wins in one place, for a single shared view to understand someone's performance and coach them.
AI baked in to reduce overhead
Admire's AI uses your role expectations, meeting notes, and captured evidence to help with self-coaching, drafting reviews, and preparing future meetings.

Frequently asked questions
How does Admire decide a person's skill level?
A coach records an observation for each skill they saw in a Meeting. The person can add self-assessments and AI Coaching results. A skill reaches mastery when recent observations meet the threshold you set for that skill. Read calculating mastery.
What does Admire cost?
Two plans: Membership for small teams and Enterprise for a fully tailored rollout. See pricing for the current details, including the 90-day guarantee.
Is Admire an LMS?
No. There are no courses or modules to complete. Admire tracks demonstrated skill on the job and works alongside the LMS and HRIS tools you already use.
